Food For Thought Thursdays: Stuffed Chicken

Have you ever gone to a restaurant, ordered your meal and wondered at the mechanics of it? I have several times, particularly when there is some sort of stuffing/filling involved. There are several reasons why I love Tastespotting and this week's recipe, Chicken Stuffed with Gouda, Spinach and Proscuitto, is one of them. They give away the secrets. Enjoy!
