Food For Thought Thursdays:Chipotle Orange Chicken

Okay, sometimes the picture is what does it for me. When I came across this recipe, it was the vibrant colors of the chicken and the oranges that first grabbed my attention. This recipe is so super simple, it's a no brainer! Be sure to let me know how it turns out.

1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 tablespoon chipotle chile

2. Place chicken in an 8 x 12 inch pyrex baking dish
3. In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbes de provence, agave, salt and chipolte
4. Rub mixture onto chicken
5. Pour orange juice over chicken
6. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator, time permitting for up to 3 hours
